The manifesto · 12 principles

Measure success by lasting impact—on the company, employees, and the country.
Maintain simplicity, humility, and a strong sense of purpose despite success.
Take bold risks when the opportunity is strategic, but back them with careful planning.
Embrace technology, innovation, and modernization to stay globally competitive.
Be customer- and nation-focused; align business growth with larger economic development.
Stay close to operations and understand the details before making big decisions.
Invest in people, develop talent, and create future leaders from within.
Build institutions, not just businesses; create systems that outlast individuals.
Put integrity and trust at the center of leadership and business decisions.
Lead with discipline, hard work, and relentless execution.
Do not accept the status quo—continuously transform the organization and yourself.
Set audacious goals and think long term; build for decades, not quarters.
