Keep a youthful, energetic mindset and preserve enthusiasm throughout life.

Aim for global standards; do not limit ambition to local or national success.

Trust the power of teamwork and surround yourself with capable people who share the mission.

Use setbacks as opportunities to adapt, refine, and come back stronger.

Stay independent in thinking and do not follow convention just because it is accepted.

Respect quality and manufacturing excellence as the foundation of lasting success.

Build things that serve people well and improve everyday life.

Believe that competition should be met with ingenuity, not fear.

Maintain a spirit of curiosity and never stop learning, no matter how experienced you become.

Work with relentless effort and discipline; success comes from persistent application.

Value practical engineering and craftsmanship over appearances or prestige.

Take action quickly and test ideas in the real world instead of relying only on theory.

Learn from failure and treat mistakes as fuel for progress rather than reasons to quit.

Keep creating and innovating; do not accept the idea that something cannot be improved.

Dream boldly and set your sights on goals that seem impossible at first.
