Believe that great businesses are built by listening carefully, iterating constantly, and delivering value consistently.
Use technology to increase efficiency, scale, and access for more people.
Be open to learning and improvement, even when you are already successful.
Value persistence and resilience; setbacks are part of building something lasting.
Maintain financial discipline and manage capital carefully.
Continuously innovate and reinvent the business to stay ahead of disruption.
Think long term, even while making short-term decisions that strengthen the company’s future.
Stay close to the numbers and make decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
Build strong teams and empower talented people to do their best work.
Take calculated risks and be willing to challenge established industry assumptions.
Compete through operational excellence, speed, and efficiency, not just through product features.
Treat change as constant and adapt quickly to shifts in technology, markets, and customer needs.
Operate with a bias toward action and execution rather than overplanning or theorizing.
Keep the business model simple, efficient, and disciplined; eliminate unnecessary layers and complexity.
Use direct feedback from customers to guide product design, pricing, and service improvements.
Focus relentlessly on the customer and build the business around solving real customer problems.
